About Amy Hales: When Amy Hales, owner of the Lab Bakery & Coffee Bar, isn’t baking up a storm in the kitchen, she helps military personnel through the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The program she teaches specializes in in job placement, enhancing interviewing skills and improving TAP participants' resumes.
