Betsy Condon, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners will share an update on the County. Pre-register for a free dinner. Presented by Lake Region Development Corporation, with corporate sponsorship from Capital City Bank.

Commissioner Condon serves on the Investment Committee, North Florida Transportation Planning Organization, Northeast Florida Regional Council’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Public Safety Coordinating Council, Small County Coalition, Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board, and as the Clay County Chamber of Commerce Liaison. 

Betsy Condon was initially elected in November 2020 to fill a vacant seat as District 4 Commissioner and was reelected in November 2022. She is currently Chair of the Board of County Commissioners. She earned her Certified County Commissioner designation in 2021 from the Florida Association of Counties.

Commissioner Condon is a native of Keystone Heights, a conservative wife, a mother (a proud Army mom), and a business owner. She is a graduate of Keystone Heights Jr./Sr. High School and went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Environmental Health Science from the University of Georgia.
