We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time position, ideal for an RN who enjoys working directly with both caregivers and clients to ensure the highest standard of in-home care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct weekly caregiver competency checks for new hires

- Perform client assessments as needed

- Ensure care plans are followed and updated accurately

- Collaborate with the team to maintain the safety, comfort, and independence of clients

Qualifications:

- Active RN License in Florida

- Strong clinical and assessment skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach

- Prior home health experience is a plus, but not required
